“The woman’s soul is fashioned as a shelter in which other souls may unfold.” - Saint Teresa Benedicta of the Cross
Does the Advent call to prayer spark in you the desire for a deeper relationship with God in the midst of your busy life as a mom? As we prepare to welcome Jesus into our hearts this Christmas, take the time out to nourish your soul as we head into the Advent season.
In our morning together Sister Peg Oravez, SSJ will suggest ways to offer Jesus your whole heart through a deepening prayer life. It is Sister’s hope that we can all learn from and support each other during this morning of input, private prayer and group sharing.
The morning will begin at 8:30 am with Mass in the chapel, and conclude with a luncheon at noon after the presentation and discussion.
This event is open to everyone. Please feel free to invite other mothers who would be interested in deepening their prayer life, enjoying fellowship, and growing in faith. If you are unable to attend the entire morning, you are more than welcome to join us for any part of the day. If you have any questions please contact Renee Massaua email@example.com or Leigh Lignowski firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please use the form below to register by Monday, November 26, 2018. The cost is $25 per guest.
