Dear Members of the Notre Dame Community,

As you know, the Notre Dame community has been engaged in a comprehensive, community-based strategic planning process since the fall.  I am grateful to our Board of Trustees, the senior leadership planning team, and to all who have participated to date in this ongoing process.

The six major strategic areas that have evolved from the planning process are academic and student life, advancement, enrollment management, facilities, finance, marketing and communications.

The Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees will review a draft of the document this week, as will the Capital Campaign Committee. The entire Board of Trustees will review a draft later in February, with a presentation on the Strategic Plan scheduled for the March 3, 2015, Board of Trustees meeting.

A strategic planning process presents us with the opportunity to articulate who we are and where we are going.  It also provides us with the "roadmap" to achieve our overriding goal to create a bright future built upon Saint Julie's vision and our school's great tradition and vibrant history

Sincerely,

Judith A. Dwyer, Ph.D.
