Technology
The 1:1 Laptop Initiative provides all students with an Apple MacBook Air. Notre Dame has been recognized as an Apple Distinguished School for 2018-2024 for continuous innovation in learning, teaching, and the school environment.
Campus
Highlighting the Academy’s 39-acre campus is the iconic gothic revival-style Mansion built in 1895. In 1926, the property was sold to Philadelphia utility magnate Clarence Geist and renovated by noted architect Dr. Paul Philippe Cret. Sisters of Notre Dame and students arrived at the Mansion in 1944 and since that time, the Mansion is a much-loved symbol of the Academy.

Leadership
In 2006, Notre Dame became an independent educational institution, affiliated with the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. Dr. Laura M. Hotchkiss was appointed as the third lay Head of School of the Academy in 2021.
Center for Global Leadership
The Center for Global Leadership was established in 2015 to create global partnerships that bring students and teachers from around the world to learn and solve problems together. Seven “sister school” partnerships offer academic and cultural exchange opportunities for students.
