Academy of Notre Dame de Namur: Inspiring Young Women Since 1956

Strategic Plan 2020-2025

Since 1856, the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur has educated, empowered and inspired young women for a lifetime of compassionate leadership and service. Throughout the world, Notre Dame graduates are leading and contributing in medicine, law, art, science, education and business – setting the standard for social responsibility by their lives and actions. They are our inspiration.

The 2020-2025 Strategic Plan, approved by the Board of Trustees on April 28, 2020, will allow Notre Dame to be internationally recognized as a premier independent Catholic academy for young women by developing strong, confident women who are prepared to be leaders in a global society.

Campus Master Plan

Notre Dame's Campus Master Plan was developed through the valuable participation of faculty, students, staff, alumnae, parents and trustees. Guided by Centerbrook Architects and approved by the Board of Trustees during the 2015-2016 school year, the Campus Master Plan reflects the finest learning environments for our students and our decisions were guided by the philosophy that the curriculum shapes the campus and the learning environment shapes the facilities.
The revitalization of our campus will occur in several phases, all supported by our fundraising efforts through the 2015-2020 OUR TIME to INSPIRE Campaign and our current 2020-2025 A FUTURE of PROMISE Campaign.
