Congratulations to Saylor Milone '24 on being selected to the USA U16 roster to travel and play a series against the Canadian National team in April. ND wishes you the best of luck!

Ashley Kolessar '22, is back from breaking records at the NCSA Spring Swimming Championship in Orlando, FL. Kolessar placed 6th in the 200 Butterfly and broke her club's record, the Suburban Seahawks Club, with a time of 1:56.78. Kolessar also placed 4th in the 500 Freestyle with a time of 4:49.17, and placed 17th in the 200 IM going a time of 1:59.92 which was also a club record. Earlier in the year, Kolessar announced her verbal commitment to continue her academic and athletic career at UCLA. Natalie Stuart '22 also had a strong weekend at the NCSA Swimming Championships. Stuart also announced her verbal commitment earlier this year to swim at the University of Richmond next year.

Last weekend, ND swimmers competed in the Junior Olympics in York, PA. Gabi Abruzzo '26 placed 3rd in the 100 Butterfly, 6th in the 200 IM, 7th in the 500 Freestyle, 6th in the 100 backstroke, 8th in the 400 IM, 3rd in the 200 Backstroke, and 2nd in the 200 Butterfly. Kaitlyn Kolessar '26 placed 3rd in the 1650 Freestyle, 5th in the 100 butterfly, 3rd in the 500 freestyle, 3rd in the 200 freestyle, 2nd in the 400 IM, and 1st in the 200 Butterfly. Ellie Archer '25 placed 5th in the 500 freestyle and had many lifetime bests. Mary Kate Daniel '25 also had some personal bests and Avery Holzer '28 placed 7th in the 50 butterfly, 4th in the 200 butterfly, and also had several personal bests.
