Maeve McErlane '22 Named Inter-Ac Girls MVP, Julia Dever '22 Named Second Team

Congratulations to Maeve McErlane '22 on being named Inter-Ac Girls Basketball Most Valuable Player and to Julia Dever '22 who made Second Team!

McErlane '22 was named a McDonald's All-American nominee in Jan. 2022 and reached her career 1,000th point on Jan. 25, 2022, during a home game vs EA. McErlane has also been named first-team All-Main Line and All-Delco Girls Basketball for the last two years. She also was named MVP of the She Got Game Classic, Blue Star Invitational, and Super Games at the Shore. McErlane has committed to DePaul University and will play basketball there next year.

Team Captain Julia Dever '22 also plays lacrosse for Notre Dame. Dever has made the Honor Roll for 4 years, is a STEM Scholar, and is a member of the National Honor Society

Dever has started the last 3 years for the Irish and has earned All-Main Line and All-Delco honors the last two years. 

On Senior Day, Head Coach Lauren Power noted Dever's toughness, her willingness to take a charge on the court, and for doing the little things. 

"You’re my kinda point guard and it’s been so fun coaching you. Thank you for giving 1000% effort and for leaving your heart on the floor," said Powers.
