Assistant Director of Marketing and Social Media
The Assistant Director of Marketing and Social Media (ADMS), a full-time position, helps promote external and internal awareness and understanding of the Academy of Notre Dame and all that it has to offer. The ADMS will aid in driving interest from new families considering the Academy for their daughters, current families understanding the value of a Notre Dame education, and alumnae remaining connected to their alma mater. Through social media, digital marketing, print marketing, videography and more, the ADMS will bring a fresh perspective to the creation of visual content and brand promotion, helping to distinguish Notre Dame as the leader in independent, Catholic, all-girls' education. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the ADMS will help to ensure brand compliance and work to expand awareness of the Academy in the broader community.

Create compelling news stories and features for digital media that can also be pushed to other channels (i.e. social media, school website, magazine, press releases, print materials, etc.).

Manage and oversee Notre Dame's social media and serve as the primary administrator of social media accounts; monitoring, developing, and posting content to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Stay on top of trends and new technologies related to social media to enhance the Academy's digital footprint. Utilize a storytelling rubric to ensure major themes and points of distinction for the Academy are amplified.

Plan and execute programs and marketing strategies that enhance the visibility and public perception of the Academy and provide analytics to measure and report on the success of these initiatives.

Implement digital marketing campaigns, provide campaign reports, and stay on trend with new marketing strategies. Coordinate all ad placements and monitor analytics to determine ROI.

Support the efforts of the Admissions Office including digital marketing campaigns, social media, ad placements, and other initiates to drive enrollment.

Support the efforts of the Advancement Office including branding, social media and marketing initiatives.

Provide guidance and strategy support for other departmental accounts (athletics, alumnae, college counseling, etc.).

Serve as the school’s coordinator of photography and videography by overseeing all hiring and budgeting.

Be active in professional associations and peer networks to help monitor trends and stay abreast of best practices and creative ideas.

Attend school events to stay current with community ideas for social media and marketing.

Knowledge and experience with Adobe Suite, Google Workspace (G Suite), and Canva required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; superior proofreading skills.

Strong photography and video editing skills and experience.

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong collaborative and organizational skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as a part of a team.

Experience working in education or other non-profit organizations is preferred.

Student Support and Well-Being: Learning Support Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Support the daily operations of the Student Support and Well-Being Team with scheduling, communication, organization, and supervising Middle and Upper School students in the testing center.

Schedule individual student assessments and maintain calendar invites for testing through Google Calendar.

Assist with data entry and general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing resources.
-
Coordinate communication between the Learning Support team, faculty, and students as needed.
-
Assist with additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

Help us coordinate/access our inhouse services (Schedule for the DCIU, Writing Center, NHS tutoring).

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred, especially in a school setting.

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

Familiarity with photocopying and scanning.

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Friendly, flexible, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.

Approximately 20 hours per week.

Assistant Varsity Tennis Coach - High School
The Academy of Notre Dame de Namur, a private Catholic all-girls school in Villanova, PA, is seeking an Assistant Varsity Tennis Coach for the 2025 Fall season. Our coaches are actively engaged in the Notre Dame community and embrace the mission and values of St. Julie Billiart and the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. They are responsible for coaching, character development, and providing direction to student-athletes so that they might achieve a high level of skill, as well as an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork in their sport.
This role requires interaction that is thoughtful and respectful with student-athletes, fellow coaches, staff, parents, and the community, while also following the mission of the school. Positive communication strategies, organizational skills, and safety awareness are essential requirements.
