High School Athletics
All High School student-athletes are required to review the HS Athletics Handbook and turn in the Handbook Review Form and Transportation Form each school year they participate on a team.

Middle School Athletics

With concussions in school age student-athletes becoming more and more of a concern, the Academy of Notre Dame has established a protocol which outlines procedures to be followed in managing head injuries to insure a safe return to activity. We understand the competitive nature of sports, but hold the athlete’s health and safety as our top priority.

All Notre Dame student-athletes must have a current (within one year) physical on file with the Nurse in order to participate in any sport or sports camp.
