Marilyn Benedict, owner of Main Line Culinary Academy will provide our food service. Marilyn comes to us with over forty years experience in the food service and catering industry.
Mission: Main Line Culinary Academy is dedicated to providing access to healthful food choices and to encourage student’s wellness and readiness to learn in compliance with the dietary guidelines for Americans and dietary reference intakes.
Payment: A computer debit system will be used in the cafeteria. This is an optional service that we provide for your convenience. Cash purchases are also accepted.
Deposits to a student’s account can be made by cash or check. If paying by check, please make payable to “MLCA,” include the student’s name and *ID number on the check, and either drop off at the front office or mail to the following address:

Student ID numbers are four digits and can be found on the upper right-hand corner of your daughter’s class schedule.
When it's time to check out, the student needs to present her four-digit ID number to the MLCA cashier, who will then be able to access her account. If the cashier notices that the student account has fallen below $10, the student will be notified, and purchases will be permitted until the account shows a negative balance.
We encourage all students to keep positive balances on their accounts, as this expedites the serving line. Students may review accounts upon request. Also, account balances may be carried over from year to year until the student graduates, at which time the account will be reconciled.
