Supporting Notre Dame
Advancing Notre Dame's Mission
The Office of Advancement is responsible for alumnae relations, communications, public relations, volunteer programs and fundraising for the Academy, providing programs and events that connect members of the community to the school and to each other. Charged with securing support to achieve the Academy's institutional goals, we work with parents, alumnae, alumnae parents, grandparents, foundations and friends of Notre Dame.
Annual Giving is the Academy's ongoing fundraising program that provides needed support to offset current operating expenses. Gifts to the Annual Fund insure quality instruction, defray the cost of needed maintenance, and provide financial aid for deserving students. Proceeds from BLAST, a dinner and auction event, also provide important funding for students, faculty and programs. Annual support from alumnae, parents and friends is vital to sustain a high quality academic program for Notre Dame students. For more information, please visit the Annual Fund.
Endowment gifts to support the long-term health of Notre Dame are encouraged through the school's Planned Giving program. In addition, events sponsored by the parents' and alumnae associations provide additional funding for scholarships and other important needs of the school.
The Office of Advancement provides many volunteer opportunities for parents, alumnae, alumnae parents and friends of the Academy to be involved in the life of the school. Annual events sponsored by the Parents' Association and the Alumnae Association also bring the school community together throughout the year.
