Ayanna Fields '10 has been named to the ALL STATE TRACK and FIELD team for this outdoor season in the 400 meters. The team is made up of all the best runners from the entire state of PA ( public, parochial, private).

Congratulations to the Track team on a very strong showing at the Delco Championships qualifiers. The 4 by 100 relay of Dana Matteo, anne Kelly, Megan Smith and Maura McKendrick had the 2nd fastest time in the competition, breaking a Notre Dame record. The 4 by 400 relay of Maura Mckendrick, Dana Matteo Anne Kelly, and Cassie Cummings also qualified for Saturdays finals, also breaking a ND record. Mary Mullholland qualified for the 100 Hurdles and Maura and Anne qualified in the individual 100 and 200 meters.
A big congratulations to the Track team who had a big day at the Penn Relays! The 4 x400 relay of Maura McKendrick, Ayanna Fields, Cassie Cummings, and Dana Matteo broke the school record by five seconds and placed 2nd in the High School Girls Prep School Division. Also, the 4 by 100 Meter Relay made up of: Ayanna Fields, Megan Trainer, Ann Kelly, and Maura McKendrick, placed 34th out of 283 small schools. Congratulations!
