Junior School Basketball defeated Rosemont to capture the 2008 Championship of the Girls Catholic Academy League.  They made it to the championship game by soundly defeating Villa Maria in the semi's. This is Notre Dame's first Catholic Academy basketball championship in school history.  They finished their season undefeated in the league going 10-0.  Their overall record was 17-1.  Their only loss was to Penn Charter by 3 points.
