November 18, 2007 - Cardinal Justin Rigali visited campus and blessed the new building in a very special ceremony. During the ceremony he walked through the new building blessing each room. NDA Visits Chicago -
Several midwest alumnae from the 1970s through the 1990s gathered in the Wilmette, Illinois home of Sarah Rainey Doran'87 on Sunday, September 16, 2007. This was the fifth successful regional alumnae event spearheaded by the Alumnae Relations Office.
The following day, NDA staff met with a Chicago alumna who was unable to join the festivities on Sunday. |
Ocean City, NJ Gathering |
June 14, 2007 -
Alumna Albertine Burton Becker '52 opened her Ocean City home to welcome alumnae who are both year-round and summer residents of southern New Jersey. Alumnae met and mingled, shared their Notre Dame memories and discussed the life-long influence of the Sisters of Notre Dame on their lives. Capital Campaign Director, Sally Orr, described recent changes to the campus and initiatives that are currently underway to build endowment for the futureof the Academy. |
